pragatiE’s introduction to the world! Organising Virtual Delhi Book Fair 2020

This year has been a whirlwind of surprises…

And as the world cancels most of its exhibitions, shows and fairs, here’s one more surprise that I am sure will only delight to its readers!

‘Delhi Book Fair 2020’ will now be held virtually hosted by PragitE and in collaboration with the Federation of Indian Publishers

As a member of the organizing committee, I am truly excited to have the publishing industry take this technological leap.

Looking back at the 25-year old history of ‘Delhi Book Fairs’, I am sure this one will truly take the cake for being the most exhilarating.

What’s really unique about this one? A lot…

But for starters, participants will get access to a diverse selection of 100+ exhibitors from the tap of their  phones.

Safety not being the only advantage, this DBF edition has ‘global scope’, which means there are no more geographical bounds to who can be a part of this fiesta…!

Want to ring up your friend living in France to catch up with the exclusive collection of books featured?

FIP and PragatiE, both of whom I proudly associate with have made this possible!

And that’s not just all, we wanted to offer the whole ‘book lovers’ experience to all the participants, that’s why we’ll have features like ‘Instant Networking’ and ‘Webinar Integration’ to make this event more interactive.

But it’s not just show and tell, buying books is what we think you’ve ultimately been eyeing at… and so we’ve made the online marketplace as easy and as user friendly as it gets…

Need I say more?

Well, then come and join us in this literary fiesta, we’d be more than happy to see you book-shopping and meeting fellow authors, publishers and readers.

Coming LIVE to your home screens on October 30-31, 2020!

See you there.
